Installing Microsoft Access

Issue/Question

I need to install Access.  A version of Office is installed but doesn't contain Access.

Our computer that was recently set up does not have Access set up on it

Environment

• Office 2016
• University Owned computer

Cause

Access is not installed

Resolution

Note: Microsoft Access cannot be installed on Apple/Mac Operating System

1. Click
2. Type Control Panel
3. Click Programs
4. Open Programs and Features
5. Select Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016
6. Click Change
7. Click Continue
8. Click  next to Microsoft Access
9. Select Run all from My Computer
10. Click Continue
11. Click Close
