Viewing my Tickets

How can I view tickets I have submitted

Environment

  • Coyote One Stop 
  • ITS 
  • TeamDynamix 
  • Tickets

Resolution

  1. Open Coyote One Stop
  2. Click Services in the red bar at the top of the screen
  3. Click Ticket Requests
    Note: New, Open and In Process tickets are shown by default.  Change the status class to view closed tickets
  4. Include requests that I am listed as a contact on to see tickets you are on but not the requestor
  5. Click the Title link to view details
  6. Once in the ticket you can:
    • Withdraw/Cancel your request by clicking  Withdraw Request
    • Add an attachment by clicking  Add Attachment
    • Add Notes by clicking  Comment
