How can I view tickets I have submitted

Click
Services
in the red bar at the top of the screen
Click
Ticket Requests
Note
:
New, Open and In Process tickets are shown by default. Change the status class to view closed tickets
Include requests that I am listed as a contact on
to see tickets you are on but not the requestor
Click the Title link to view details
Once in the ticket you can:
Withdraw/Cancel your request by clicking
Withdraw Request
Add an attachment by clicking
Add Attachment
Add Notes by clicking
Comment
