How can I view tickets I have submitted
Environment
- Coyote One Stop
- ITS
- TeamDynamix
- Tickets
Resolution
- Open Coyote One Stop
- Click Services in the red bar at the top of the screen
- Click Ticket Requests
Note: New, Open and In Process tickets are shown by default. Change the status class to view closed tickets
- Include requests that I am listed as a contact on to see tickets you are on but not the requestor
- Click the Title link to view details
- Once in the ticket you can:
- Withdraw/Cancel your request by clicking Withdraw Request
- Add an attachment by clicking Add Attachment
- Add Notes by clicking Comment
