Having an Issue with Examplify Software

Issue/Question

My examplify does not work after I update my computer
Examplify does not work
I cannot download test
I cannot upload test
I cannot change my Windows Security settings as directed by Examplify

Cause

Resolution

  1. Follow instructions for Reinstalling Examplify 
  2. For Windows computers follow article Experiencing Problems with Computer After Using Examplify
  3. For Mac computers, please ensure that minimum operating system requirements are met
    Note: Examplify Version 2.8 and later supports Catalina, Big Sur, and Monterey
  4. Go to ExamSoft self-service site and type a question in the search field
  5. Contact ExamSoft Support
  6. If you need further assistance please contact the Service Desk with the following information
    1. Name
    2. Location
    3. Description of the issue
