Requesting YourFuture (PeopleAdmin) Access

Issue/Question

Someone needs additional access to YourFuture such as the “Budget” user group

I am unable to log into People Admin

Error: No approved user found for external authentication '#######' received from external authentication

Error when signing into Year End Review

Environment

  • YourFuture
  • PeopleAdmin

Resolution

To ensure you do not have the appropriate access, log-in to YourFuture and verify the "User Groups" that are available to you.

  1. Visit the YourFuture site
  2. Click on “SSO Authentication” at the bottom of the page

  1. When prompted, enter your USD e-mail and password
  2. Your “User Group” is located at the top right of the page.  Different “User Groups” provide employees with different levels of access and abilities within the system. An employee may have a variety of roles depending on their position.

  3. If you are unable to log-in or the correct user group does not appear in your drop down list, please contact Human Resources
