Requesting YourFuture or People Admin Access

Issue/Question

Someone needs access to YourFuture as a “Budget” module rep

I am unable to log into People Admin

Error: No approved user found for external authentification'#######' received from external authentication

Error when signing into Year End Review

• PeopleAdmin
• SNAP

Resolution

Access is set up during the hiring process. For questions and concerns please contact Human Resources

To log into YourFuture

1. Login to SNAP 
2. Click the Employee tab from the left-hand side menu
3. Scroll down to My Employment Details
   1. Click Job Description on the lower right-hand corner
      Note: Ignore Employment Opportunities as it does not log the employee in properly
   2. This should log you into YourFuture
      Note: If it does NOT log you in, DO NOT enter your username and password. Click SSO Authentication at the bottom, then enter USD credentials
