Receiving Error 403 on D2L link

Not able to access some of the links in her course in D2L

Error: 403 Forbidden Code: Access Denied

Error: An error occurred while attempting to retrieve a custom error document

Cause

The link copied into D2L by the instructor is incorrect

Browser needs updates

Resolution

1. Test using a different Internet browser 
2. Clear Cache & Cookies on your Internet browser 
3. Confirm your system software is up to date
   1. Windows
   2. MacOS
4. Please contact the course instructor to verify that the link is valid and provide the following information: 
   1. Course name
   2. Steps used to access the link causing the error
   3. Full error information or screenshot of error
