1. Create a GraphPad account using your USD credentials through GraphPad
2. Request a quote by submitting an email to sales@graphpad.com

3. Submit quote to the Service Desk with the following information: 
   1. Department
   2. NI tag of the computer the software will be installed
   3. Index Number
