Create a GraphPad account using your USD credentials through GraphPad
Request a quote by submitting an email to sales@graphpad.com

Submit quote to the Service Desk with the following information:
1. Department
2. NI tag of the computer the software will be installed
3. Index Number

For BaTS follow Ordering, Activating, or Transferring GraphPad Prism
For other departments, submit a cart for a non-catalog item, attaching the quote provided by the customer
For a single license, a procurement card will be required - check with person in charge of purchasing
