Callers Disconnected Immediately After Being Placed on Hold or Transferred

Issue/Question

Outside callers are immediately disconnected in one of the following scenarios:

Pressing the hold button

Pressing the transfer button

Choosing an option within a main-line greeting (auto-attendant)

    1. Time of Call
    2. The person who is calling
