Updating Salesforce and Banner Integration

Issue/Question

Updating integration from Salesforce to Banner to exclude applications that have certain Current Application Statuses

For the ACT Test Score Loads, on the Contact matching criteria, could we remove the City matching criteria and only match on Name+DOB?
