D2L is Not Showing Images

Issue/Question

There are problems with images/photos attached to some quiz questions. It does not show the images with the questions.

All graphics are missing from an online course. I can see the alt text that I put in, but no pictures anywhere in the course.

Environment

• Desire2Learn (D2L)

Cause

This occurs when a quiz is copied into a course or possibly when a course is copied.

Resolution

1. Remove the images from the quiz and put them somewhere easy to find
2. Copy the quiz into the course in D2L
3. Add the removed images
