I cant submit a file to dropbox

I cannot upload a file to D2L

I cannot upload my assignment to the D2L dropbox

Error: Your submitted files do not meet the file restrictions for this assignment

Error: Oops, your file could not be uploaded

Environment

• Desire2Learn (D2L)

Cause

The files do not meet the file restrictions

Date for submission has passed

Resolution

1. Upload a file that follows the file restrictions
   1. The file must be less than 40 MB
   2. Is one of the Acceptable file Types
2. File names cannot end with a '.' character
3. File names cannot contain a special character  \ / : * ; ? " < > |
4. Try another computer
