Receiving Page Not Found Error when Playing Video in D2L

Issue/Question

I am unable to access the video linked in D2L. 

Error: Page Not Found - The page you are looking for cannot be found

Environment

• Streaming Media server
• Desire2Learn (D2L) 

Cause

The link in Desire2Learn is pointing to a previous course's materials.  Students will not be able to view the video until the link is corrected. 

Resolution

Note: These steps need to be performed by the instructor

1. Log in to D2L
2. Go to the Video under the Content Section
3. If there are two options to Edit Link, Click Edit Link for the one beginning with https://d2l.sdbor.edu
4. You will need to copy the correct link and update the one beginning with https://d2l.sdbor.edu

Note: The correct link should not begin with https://d2l.sdbor.edu
