Not Receiving Pop-up for Departmental Code

Not getting the required pop up box asking for the code

I'm trying to print to the new department Toshiba copier.  The instructions I received for print jobs on that printer indicated that I'd be prompted to enter my departmental code when I submitted a job to that printer.  When I try to submit a job, I get no prompt to enter my code, the job is deleted from the print queue and nothing prints.

Cause

 

Resolution

  1. on a macOS computer
    1. Select Finishing Mode or Print Mode from dropdown
    2. Enter department code in box
  2. Please contact the Service Desk with the following information
    1. Name
    2. Phone Number
    3. Location of the computer
    4. Computer NI number
