Not getting the required pop up box asking for the code
I'm trying to print to the new department Toshiba copier. The instructions I received for print jobs on that printer indicated that I'd be prompted to enter my departmental code when I submitted a job to that printer. When I try to submit a job, I get no prompt to enter my code, the job is deleted from the print queue and nothing prints.

Resolution
- on a macOS computer
- Select Finishing Mode or Print Mode from dropdown
- Enter department code in box
- Please contact the Service Desk with the following information
- Name
- Phone Number
- Location of the computer
- Computer NI number
