Note: University assigned email addresses are an official means of communication for the University. Those who forward their email from their official University email address do so at their own risk. ITS is not responsible for mail forwarding settings, and the Service Desk will not provide support for unofficial email services. For more information, see USD Policy 5.007
- Log in to your USD email account at mail.usd.edu
- At the top right of the page, click the gear icon
- In the search field type Forwarding
- Click Forwarding
- Check Enable forwarding to start forwarding then add the desired email
Note: Uncheck Enable forwarding to disable forwarding
Note: Contact the respective IT department for non-USD emails, i.e. K12
- Click Save
