How can I verify which classes are available?
How can I see which instructor is teaching a class?
I don't see my course listed in the Online Bookstore, how can I verify I have been added as an instructor in Banner Student?
Environment
- Ellucian
- Banner Student
- usd.textbookx.com
Cause
If information is missing in another system like the USD Bookstore, it might be that the information is missing in Banner
If the class was just added it takes a day to update to the bookstore
Resolution
- Go to Ellucian App
- Click Browse Classes
- Select the term (fall, spring, summer)
- Click continue
- Select USD
- Enter subject
- Add number of course
Note: for ACCT210, just add 210, it does not work with ACCT210
- Click Search
- Courses are listed with all relevant information
