Unable to Access Faculty/Staff Tab in SNAP

Issue/Question

I am missing a faculty/staff tab under Ellucian so I can access student enrollment

I do not have the faculty dashboard and I cannot access my class list

I am not able to enter my grades in SNAP as there is not Faculty/Advisor Tab

Environment

• Ellucian
• SNAP

Resolution

1. Students will only have this tab is they are working for the University
2. Faculty/StaffPlease allow 48 hours after your payroll information has been submitted to HR 
3. Please contact Human Resources if you have any additional questions or concerns
