Unable to Log into Email

Issue/Question

When I attempt to enter my username and password the page refreshes and no error messages appears

Unable to access outlook e-mail error: User has no mailbox and no license assigned

Environment

  • Office 365
  • WebMail

Resolution

  1.  Please clear your cache and cookies
  2. Try another browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Apple Safari
  3. Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
    1. What Browser you are using
    2. A Screenshot of the error message
    3. Contact Number
    4. Error you are receiving 
    5. Troubleshooting steps you have taken
