D2L Courses are Missing

Issue/Question

My courses that I have been accessing on D2L are gone

Not showing courses

Not showing class

Showing no courses

No courses are available

Haven't been able to get my class information or content to show up on my D2L

Resolution

1.  Verify you are logging into D2L with the correct username and password
   Note: Some users that have an Admin account and a standard D2L account, Make sure you are logged into the correct one
2. Verify if the course is listed just not Pinned to your homepage
3. Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
   1. Course name 
   2. Course Start Date
