Reporting a Broken iPad

Issue/Question

My IPAD slipped out of its case and the screen is cracked. Can we fix it?

Environment

  • USD iPads

Resolution

Please contact the Service Desk with the following information:

  1. Asset Tag - NI-XXXXX
    Note: This is usually found on the back of the device
  2. Building name
  3. Room number
  4. Brief description of the broken screen

ITS STAFF ONLY

Note: Need Apple ID to access Apple GSX

  1. Check Global Service Exchange (GSX) for Apple warranty status
  2. If iPad has existing AppleCare+ create repair
