My IPAD slipped out of its case and the screen is cracked. Can we fix it?

Please contact the Service Desk with the following information:
	- Asset Tag - NI-XXXXX
	Note: This is usually found on the back of the device 
	- Building name
 
	- Room number
 
	- Brief description of the broken screen
 
ITS STAFF ONLY
Note: Need Apple ID to access Apple GSX
	- Check Global Service Exchange (GSX) for Apple warranty status
 
	- If iPad has existing AppleCare+ create repair
