Create a Browse Query in TMA

Log into TMA
Click on
Browse tab
on any TMA screen
example: Transaction > Work Order > Single Task Work Order
Click
Add
In Save Query As:
Enter the name of your query
if only you will be using this query, leave
radio button Private
on
if others need to use this query, click
Public
or
Public/No Edit
In left column,
highlight field
you want
Enter
length
you want on the report
Click
right arrows
If you have fields in the right column you do not want, highlight and then click the
left arrows
to remove from query
Click
Add Criteria
Column Name dropdown pick field
Operator dropdown pick your criteria
Value - enter appropriate value for your criteria
Last field enter appropriate
and/or
criteria
Click
Update
Repeat steps 9-14 until all your criteria has been entered
Click
Find
to see if you get what you are after if not repeat steps above until you do
Click
Save
in upper window this saves the query
You can now find query in dropdown
