Change copier settings to print black and white instead of color in USD-Papercut settings

Issue/Question

Change copier settings to print Black & White copies/print jobs to default for the copier instead of color. 

Printing in color

Environment

  • Sharp Copier
  • PaperCut
  • Windows11
  • USD Print

Resolution

  1. Go to the document you want to print
  2. Click Print
  3. Under Printer, select \\usd-papercut\USD Print
  4. Click Printer Properties
  5. On the Main tab
  6. Select Color Mode
  7. Select Black and White
  8. Click ok
  9. Verify Print in grayscale (black and white) is checked
  10. Click Print

At the copier, verify Print as grayscale is checked before printing
