Missing Start Quiz Link in D2L

Issue/Question

I was given another attempt on a quiz by my instructor but can not see the start quiz button and she had tried with both Chrome as well as Firefox.

Environment

• Desire2Learn

Cause

The Quiz/Exam was not setup to allow a retake during the time the customer called

Resolution

1. Verify if the quiz is to be taken in D2L or another way
2. If not in D2L
   • Refer to Instructor or Help Link on textbook website
3. In D2L
   1. Check D2L quiz restrictions
   2. Verify quiz should be accessible
