Email on iPad is not updating

Email will not update past a certain date

Environment

  • iPad
  • Mail

Resolution

Removing email account

  1. Tap 
  2. Tap Mail, Contacts and Calendars
  3. Tap Exchange
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Tap Delete

Adding email account

  1. Tap 
  2. Tap Exchange
  3. Enter Email address
  4. Enter Password
    Note: Can change the Description but it's not necessary
  5. Tap Next
  6. Tap Continue
  7. Tap Save
