Issue/Question

How do I check for holds and see when I can register?

Environment

  • Banner
  • Student Registration
  • Self Service
  • All Internet Browsers

Cause

Check Registration status, Student Status, Holds on account and Registration Time Ticket

Resolution

  1. Log into myUSD Portal
  2. Below Quick Links Click Registration Self Service
  3. Click Prepare for Registration
  4. Select Term
  5. Registration Status is displayed
    1. Ticket Time will show when you can register for classes
      ​​​​​​Note: Please register as close to this time as possible so you can choose the classes you desire
  6. All Holds will be displayed
    Note: To go back to the main menu Click Registration at the top of this page
