I cannot access my email

I am unable to send emails using my Outlook account

Error: We are sorry, but you do not have access to Email. Please contact your Organization Administrator for access.

Error: Something went wrong mailbox couldn't be found

Error: X-Auth-Error Microsoft.Exchange.Clients.Security.MailboxNotFoundException

Note: If the website is being blocked by third party Antivirus software, such as Bitdefender or McAffee, you will need to check their software support site(s) for instructions on how to unblock a safe site

  1. Use a different web browser
  2. Clear Cache & Cookies
  3. Try logging into email by browsing to https://outlook.office.com/
  4. Reset your USD account Password
