Requesting Changes in USD Outlook Profile

Issue/Question

When viewing an account in Outlook, the Reports to section is incorrect

My title in Outlook has not been updated

Outlook profile info incorrect.

• Microsoft Outlook

Resolution

1. Complete the Address Change Form to update your information
   Note: After you submit the form, Human Resources and/or the Registrar's office need to approve the changes before they are updated in the system. Please allow 2-3 business days for changes to appear in all systems.
