Issue with Signing in to Adobe Creative Cloud Named License


My Adobe account keeps asking me to sign in repeatedly and not letting me in


  • Adobe Creative Cloud (CC)
  • Adobe Acrobat
  • macOS
  • Windows


  1. Verify you are signed on with the Company or School Account
  2. Use your USD Credentials
  3. Verify you are not logged into multiple devices
    Note: Adobe license can only be logged in to a limited amount of computers
  4. You may have a personal Creative Cloud subscription, in that case, sign on with your personal account not Work or School account
