Issue/Question
My Adobe account keeps asking me to sign in repeatedly and not letting me in
Environment
- Adobe Creative Cloud (CC)
- Adobe Acrobat
- macOS
- Windows
Resolution
- Verify you are signed on with the Company or School Account
- Go to Adobe site
- Sign out of existing account
- Toward the upper right corner of the page, click Sign in
- Enter your USD email address
- Select Company or School Account
- Enter your USD Credentials
- Verify you are not logged into multiple devices
Note: Adobe Creative Cloud allows you to be signed in on up to two computers at the same time (such as a desktop and a laptop). However, you can only actively use Adobe apps on one computer at any given time. If you reach the limit, Adobe will prompt you to sign out of one device before continuing.
