The classroom computer will not power on and has a blinking red and white light emitting diode (LED) on the power button

Resolution

  1. Locate the power button on the front of the computer
  2. Hold the power button in for at least 20 seconds or until you hear the computer shut off
  3. Press the power button and verify that the computer boots up and displays on the monitor
