Cannot Scan or Attach Documents in Banner

Issue/Question

When I try to scan & attach a document, I get an error message and I have to log out of all applications then log back in

set up to use a Banner Scan Folder on desktop for WebExtender to attach documents in Banner

Environment

  • Banner

Resolution

  1. Clear Cache and cookies 
  2. Try another internet browser
  3. Please contact the Service Desk with the following information:
    1. Asset number of the computer
    2. Name of user having the issue
    3. Full error message, include screen shot if possible
