Issue/Question
When I try to scan & attach a document, I get an error message and I have to log out of all applications then log back in
set up to use a Banner Scan Folder on desktop for WebExtender to attach documents in Banner

Resolution
- Clear Cache and cookies
- Try another internet browser
- Please contact the Service Desk with the following information:
- Asset number of the computer
- Name of user having the issue
- Full error message, include screen shot if possible
