Submitting Facilities Management Work Order Requests

Issue/Question

How do I submit a Facilities Management work order request

Environment

  • TMA iServiceDesk

Resolution

  1. Go to the Facilities Management Work Order Request page
  2. Log in with USD credentials
    1. User name is your USD Username
    2. Password is your USD password
      Note:  All Faculty and Staff have access along with Resident Assistants
      Note:  If experiencing login issues Report an Incident and someone will look into the issue
  3. Select Submit Work Request
  4. Select the building from the dropdown
  5. Click
  6. Select the floor from the dropdown for which work is required
  7. Click
  8. Fill out the form with the required information
    Note: Required fields are designated with red text
  9. For key changes, be sure to enter your first.last@usd.edu then append a semi-colon; danell.kindt@usd.edu
  10. Click Submit

Note: Some requests may require department chair approval for funding.  Please contact your supervisor if you are unsure of whether you should be submitting a request.
