How do I submit a Facilities Management work order request
Environment
Resolution
- Go to the Facilities Management Work Order Request page
- Log in with USD credentials
- User name is your USD Username
- Password is your USD password
Note: All Faculty and Staff have access along with Resident Assistants
Note: If experiencing login issues Report an Incident and someone will look into the issue
- Select Submit Work Request
- Select the building from the dropdown
- Click
- Select the floor from the dropdown for which work is required
- Click
- Fill out the form with the required information
Note: Required fields are designated with red text
- For key changes, be sure to enter your first.last@usd.edu then append a semi-colon; danell.kindt@usd.edu
- Click Submit
Note: Some requests may require department chair approval for funding. Please contact your supervisor if you are unsure of whether you should be submitting a request.
