Syncing Outlook Calendars on Smart Phones

Issue/Question

My calendar stopped syncing with Outlook

Environment

• iPhone
• Android Phone
• Microsoft Outlook

Cause

Mail is no longer the supported method for accessing email or calendar on your phone. The new method that we support is by setting up the Microsoft Outlook App, and using the built in Calendar feature.

Resolution

1. Download the Microsoft Outlook app from your phone's App Store
2. Use the built-in Calendar feature there
3. To enable syncing to your phones calendar through Android
   1. Tap the circle icon in the upper left hand corner
   2. Tap the Settings gear icon
   3. Tap your USD account
   4. Toggle the option for Sync calendars
