A video conference meeting needs to be scheduled through Dakota Digital Network (DDN)

Resolution

Video conferences are scheduled with DDN by submitting the information listed below to ceddn@usd.edu

  1. Name of the conference
  2. Date and time the conference will take place
  3. Sites that will be participating in the video conference
  4. Number of participants at each site

Once the video conference has been scheduled with DDN, the requestor will receive a confirmation e-mail from ceddn@usd.edu with the reservation information
