Tips:
- Both Salary Change EPAFs require the same steps to process. The difference is if it’s an hourly rate or annual salary.
- For temporary additional duty pay, do not make changes to their base hourly or salaried rate. Instead, document the temporary additional duty pay in the comments section only.
- For EPAF Errors, please visit the EPAF Error Guide.
- Salary Change – Salaried – SLCPMS
- Use SLCPMS (Salary Change for Salaried Job) to make changes to a salaried employee's position. Common examples include reclassifications, additional duty pay, FTE changes, and EPAF corrections that must be completed before fiscal year-end.
- Salary Change – Hourly – SLCPMH
- Use SLCPMH (Salary Change for Hourly Job) to make changes to an hourly employee's position. Common examples include reclassifications, additional duty pay, FTE changes, and EPAF corrections that must be completed before fiscal year-end.
