Overview
25Live is USD's primary software for booking rooms and managing reservations. It enables you to input exactly what you need for your events, whether it’s a specific resource or a setup requirement. 25Live allows users to request various spaces and resources across USD's campus
To make a reservation, click Make Reservation button
- Use Google Chrome or Firefox
- Internet Explorer is NOT RECOMMENDED
- Log in using your USD credentials
- 25Live is the point of truth for almost all spaces on campus
- Event requests must be at least 1 day from today/greater than 24 hours
- If there is any conflict about who has a space reserved - it will be the group or person whose event is published on the 25Live Calendar for that space
- For cancellations, please notify the room scheduler

Note: Use the After Hours Door Unlock Request to request access to locked building and rooms after normal hours for events on campus

Target Completion Date
First-time users will need to wait 30 minutes before they are able to create a reservation/event
