Overview
Perceptive Content (ImageNow) is a document repository and process management product suite from Hyland. ImageNow is used to upload, organize and store documents and content. To scan documents there will be an additional charge for a scanner.
Click Request access to request an ImageNow account and access to Department file cabinets to view, scan, or edit documents.

Target Completion Date
Access is set up within 10 business days after the request has been approved.
Available To
Staff with approval from file cabinet owners. Approval will be sought as part of the request.
Cost
- Access is available after approval at no cost to the department
- If the department plans on scanning into ImageNow
- Yearly license cost is approximately $800/year
- Scanner price based on scanner selected
