How can I get an email group updated?
We have a new employee and need them added to distribution list

- Email Distribution Lists:
- staff@usd.edu
- faculty@usd.edu
- students@usd.edu
- VermillionStudents@usd.edu
- affiliates@usd.edu
- USD Email
Resolution
Note: Distribution Lists are managed by affiliations. Certain affiliations determine which Distribution Lists a person is in (example: staff, faculty, Stanford School of Medicine, etc).
Faculty/Staff/Affiliate:
- Check with your supervisor to make sure your payroll information was submitted, to be certain your information has been entered into Banner by HR
- Contact the Service Desk with the following information:
- Full Name and contact information
- The email distribution List in question
- Brief description of the issue
- Job Title and Department
Student:
- Verify that you are a current student
- Contact the Service Desk with the following information:
- Full Name and contact information
- The email distribution List in question
- Brief description of the issue
