Answer

  1. Log in to Campus Labs, using your USD credentials
  2. Pull down the Reporting button, located in the Menu bar next to Home
  3. Click on Faculty Reports from the the drop-down options
    Note: This opens a page that requires the user to select their Role, Evaluation Form & Term from drop-down lists
  4. Select your Role
  5. Choose the Evaluation Form.
    Note:     USD is currently implementing all IDEA evaluations with IDEA Learning Essentials 2016
  6. Pick the required Term
    Note:     Faculty reports available to you will now be listed
  7. Find the faculty being assessed
    Note: Use the search bar or scroll manually
  8. Click on Course Reports for detailed results of each course taught by the faculty
  9. Click on Summary Report for overview of all courses taught by the faculty
