Answer
- Log in to Campus Labs, using your USD credentials
- Pull down the Reporting button, located in the Menu bar next to Home
- Click on Faculty Reports from the the drop-down options
Note: This opens a page that requires the user to select their Role, Evaluation Form & Term from drop-down lists
- Select your Role
- Choose the Evaluation Form.
Note: USD is currently implementing all IDEA evaluations with IDEA Learning Essentials 2016
- Pick the required Term
Note: Faculty reports available to you will now be listed
- Find the faculty being assessed
Note: Use the search bar or scroll manually
- Click on Course Reports for detailed results of each course taught by the faculty
- Click on Summary Report for overview of all courses taught by the faculty
