Updating Permissions on Shared File Storage

Issue/Question

I think the security on my file changed when they worked on moving the X drive the other day

Can you set up these folders so that all users can see all folders

Environment

• Shared File Storage

Cause

• New request for permissions to shared files/folders
• Changes to folders or files inadvertently caused access problems

Resolution

1. Please contact the Service Desk if you need further assistance
   1. Provide the name of the file or the drive
   2. Describe what permissions seem to be incorrect
