Resetting Microsoft Authenticator for Fleet Commander

Issue/Question

I cannot log into Fleet Commander with the Microsoft Authenticator application

State system says I have 2-factor authentication set up but I do not have that account on my devices

• Fleet Commander
• Microsoft Authenticator

Cause

2-factor authentication for use with Fleet Commander or other state systems

Resolution

1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
   1. Name
   2. Email
   3. Error message received
