My photo is not loading on the public website

Wrong photo being seen on the public website

How do I update my photo on the public website

Environment

• SQL Server
• .NET

Cause

There are many different reasons a photo could not be loading to the public website, further investigation will need to be made

Resolution

1.  Please contact the Service Desk with the following information: 
   1. Location where you are seeing the issue
   2. Name, email, User ID, and if any recent name changes have occurred
