Address is not updating in myUSD Portal

Address Change not Updating in MyUSDPortal Question

 once an Employee’s PR address is changed in PPAIDEN the address in MyUSDPortal doesn’t update to reflect it

Street address correct but city needs to be updated

Environment

  • Address Change
  • myUSD Portal

Resolution

  1.  Once the address change has been updated in Banner it can take 24 to 48 hours to sync to other systems
  2. Please contact the Service Desk with the following information to receive updates: 
    1. Issue or error message you are seeing
