Answer
- To pay for laundry in the dorms, you must have Coyote Cash on your Coyote Card
- There are laundry machines on each floor of the traditional dorms, the first floor of Coyote Village, and the second and thirds floors of McFadden. To activate them, you will select either a washer or a dryer and locate the card reader located on the machine
- Note: Students should check their desired washer or dryer to ensure that it is not filled with another student's laundry
- Tap your Coyote Card against the card reader in order to pay for your washer or dryer
- Load the washer or dryer with clothes and any desired laundry additives
- Start the washer or dryer
- Note: Students should clear the dryer's lint trap before starting their load
Students should be careful not to overload washers and dryers, as it will result in poor performance or more serious maintenance issues. If students find themselves having issues with laundry machines, they should submit a work order through the Laundry Issue Form or by clicking the Laundry Issue button on this page
