Computer Is Signed In On Another Account

Issue/Question

I cannot log into the computer

Someone is logged into the computer and I cannot login

Environment

• USD Network
• USD Computers
• Microsoft Windows 10
• USD Equipment Checkout Laptop

Cause

Previous user did not sign out of their account

Resolution

1. Restart the computer
2. If that doesn't resolve the problem, please contact the Service Desk providing the following information
   1. Location of computer
   2. Computer NI tag number
   3. Contact phone number
